Airth Castle Hotel and Spa Resort

The hotel was gorgeous. The beds so comfortable but the room needed some updating, chipped paint, decor tired just needs a refresh. I can not express how much I loved the service from the staff and the spa it was spectacular!!!!!! I would definitely come and stay and also refer friends and family to this hotel. Thank you for the most needed relaxation.

My visit with a colleague, from Ireland who was also checking in. However, I wanted to share how we were greeted by Paige on front desk with personable service and made the experience very enjoyable. I also heard her explain to other guests of an issue but went above and beyond to see they had a solution, which I noted was very well received by the guests. Similarly we had a nice visit to the restaurant bar with Amy. Very friendly and professional. Thank you. Doing a great job.

Nice hotel, good location. Reception and leisure staff very helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant need customer care training, only had two meals but various issues with orders! Parking for disabled drivers needs reviewed and improved given the size of the car parks.
