The service from auxiliary and cleaning staff was impeccable, lifts for step free access. Has a pool, spa, and other facilities. One thing to note when on a higher floor the internet and mobile data range is poor and the internet turns to turn off. However, reception and the first few floors have great internet connection. Rooms have a lot of amenities dependant on room type. No microwave or much counter space however very spacious. AC worked well, you just need to get to know the controls properly to fit you! The breakfast is not diverse enough, they don’t change the menu up much, they have an Indian section, which everyone has complained about the food not being quality, and there lacks much English breakfast condiments you’d get from buying breakfast elsewhere. The cleaning staff are amazing, however reception handling staff sometimes are free in their expression towards customers in Thai, as said within other reviews.

If you are visiting this hotel, Please ready to pay some fine for something, the only hotel in my entire travel history i have seen this hotel, which have a menu card showing the fine for the items in the hotel room. Please be careful when touching any of the items in the hotel, it may lead to a fine. I was staying here with full of tension for not getting any fine, Luckily i didn't get. Don't expect any service from the hotel, they wont even help you to carry your luggage to the rooms or vehicles. They will just look us and see we carrying our luggage's with our infants. I usually never writes any review, but visiting this hotel made me to write something. And about rooms they were too old for about 10 years. They have two single coat beds attached together to show as a queen or king bed. They wont give you a king bed Honey moon couples may feel nervous in this hotel.

Outside the hotel looked cool and beautiful but when we entered in the room it had a horrible smell, the blankets were dirty and it felt like they didn't cleaned at all.Be prepared to pay for at least something, because they have many fines especially for the towels, you can't get them dirty like make up or stain them. They have many fines a full paper in the room with just fines! I never been in a hotel as horrible like this, even the 1 star hotel that I went was better then this. The remote's batteries didn't have a cover so they were exposed so they could be damaged quickly.
