The rooms are very nice but we needed 1 more bed the service was also pretty good but room for improvements for the location as its quite crowded.blankets could also be better.
Room was big Air con. Good . Seconed bulding and location good . Entrance through the alley . Relatively quiet. The cleaner on the 4th floor is lovely. .The reception was nice. NOT a 5 star hotel . No slippers. No robe. No toothbrush. Old furniture.. An old chair in the room. Towels are torn and have holes. The large bed had 2 small mattresses connected and it was impossible to sleep like that. I paid for a large bed not for 2 small ones connected.. You only get one ticket per room. I didn't want to ask for a second one because I understood they wanted money for it. I didn't understand why there was only one nightstand next to the bed and not two, and then I saw that the electrical switches were in the middle and not on the side as is customary..
After traveling 29 hours+ Front desk women who don't know much English at all(tourist spot) give me an attitude because I asked her to repeat herself ... she rolls her eyes, picks up her phone, and mumbled into it, and it says 1000 baht cash only for deposit. Ok, fine... where can I go to get some cash... money exchange across the street a man is trying to explain. I can't exchange money if I have none... but whatever... I go across the street... they don't speak any English... yeah, I know I'm in Thailand... so that doesn't work... I start walking down the street to pick out anyone who speaks English... finally, this man says the supermarket...I said huh how about 711... maybe but most of them don't have atm machines...I call your bs... I go to the 711 and load and behold 3 atm machines sitting outside the 711... so I go get cash with my debit card and go back to the hotel to give them the deposit. The other young lady spoke better English, so I only spoke to her when asking questions. There is no direction, no information given... like by the way, shuttles or the beach is only, or towels for the beach are, or the gym is open from this time to this time or the pool is on the 8th floor or here is some recommendations on some of my favorite restaurants or anything I'm used to when checking in a hotel. So anwho... the system in the room that doesn't work made me sick because of mold and mildew, no circulation at all in the room. You take a shower or bath, your room will feel damp, and mold was growing in my bathroom spray top due to all the moisture build up in the room. You open your patio door, and you'll let the air conditioner chill out, and there is no screen door. I tried to stay out as much as possible. They give you pink slips to hand in when you want to eat. A slip for Everyday your there. Breakfast time, a total of 3 things that are breakfast items, and the rest is rice and fried rice and more rice and meat and veggies. So, the majority of my days, I ate out. I was so excited to leave when it was time. Room out dated.... burn hole in the couch... you know "the basics" Learned my lesson and know where not to go. But it's just 1 hotel out of many, so.... go somewhere else. Oh, by the way, you send emails here they will never respond, so don't waste your time. And no, there is no spa. No one updates anything anymore on Google or any of the sites when it comes from choosing a hotel. If you can call, do so to confirm what they offer.
