AJ Grand Hotel

Had a great stay at AJ Grand Hotel! The room cleaning service was excellent — special mention to 'Maya', who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and dedicated to her work. Her service truly made our stay more comfortable. The overall service at the hotel was also commendable. The staff was polite, prompt, and professional throughout. One suggestion: the **complimentary breakfast** could be improved, especially for vegetarians. Since it was a mixed buffet, it was a bit inconvenient to find purely veg options. That said, they do have a separate **veg restaurant**, which is really good — so that helped balance things out. All in all, a lovely experience and definitely a hotel worth recommending!

Upon arrival, we anticipated a warm welcome; however, the front office staff appeared preoccupied with internal conversations while requesting our identification. The staff member was rather rude, lacked a smile, and demonstrated little professionalism or hospitality. Additionally, we had requested interconnecting rooms next to each other, but our request was not fully accommodated. The room cleaning was adequate, though unremarkable, and we made limited use of other services. Breakfast was satisfactory and the food enjoyable, but the staff in the buffet restaurant were not attentive and seemed unsure of proper service protocols. The spread itself was decent. On a positive note, the bellboy and valet parking team were courteous and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there is significant room for improvement in front office hospitality, accommodation of special requests, and restaurant service standards.
