A lovely stay! Breakfast couldn’t have been better. Amenities and service were perfect. Ski lift and shuttles included with fees were very helpful but the only downside was the big crane (out of the resorts control) that ran directly across our mountain views from the room. Some notice would’ve been nice since this is why we stayed here. Just frustrating but everything at the resort was delightful!

Nice resort, love the place. Beautiful view of the mountains. lovely lounge area for relaxation, and a large outdoor terrace. Underground parking, with EV charging stations. Unfortunatly the spa area was destroyed by kids playing in the pool.

Plus: + Beautiful hotel with a unique vibe, stunning scenery, and a relaxing spa and pool area. + I especially enjoyed the massages (thanks to Zaltor, I hope I am spelling his name correctly) and the cozy fireplaces at night. + The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. + Most of the staff were friendly and spoke English, especially in the spa. Minus: - the "Mountain View" room was disappointing, as the view was mostly blocked by another building with direct view into your neighbours’ bedrooms. Don’t book such a room, it’s not worth it. - We understand checking out of the room on time is important, but being asked to leave the pool area at 1pm felt a bit strict. We were paying customers who stayed for two nights on half board and expected to continue enjoying the premises, especially since the hotel was quiet and there was more than enough space for us. It is the case in all other hotels of a similar category I have stayed in. - Despite signs about a smoke-free policy on the outside tables of the bar, people were smoking. Is it smoking or non smoking then? - Housekeeping was done daily instead of every two days as stated upon check out, which we thought was a good initiative. Housekeeping also knocked at our door on our checkout day at 8.30am… Isn’t it better to wait until we are gone? - Everything is only written in German, programs, menus, signs. English versions would be helpful for international guests. - Lastly, areas like the gym could be monitored better to prevent parents mistaking them for playgrounds and leaving their children unattended to try (and fall from) the treadmill. Nothing the hotel can do but a quick check here and there would be helpful. Overall, a lovely stay with some room for improvement!
