Was our first time and I must say it’s a great hotel, highly attentive and welcoming staff, rooms impeccably clean, good choices for food onsite. The only thing I‘d like to point out is that the pool could have been 1-2 degrees warmer, but it was still good and warm enough ;) Likely coming back one day!

Staff was mostly friendly. The ad said most rooms have a balcony. But when we arrived, in order to have a room with a balcony we had to pay 150 extra. Not okay. The pool was too cold to enjoy fully. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are small and outdated. A plus that they had gluten free rolls and bread for me and lactose free milk. However the regular menu had almost nothing I could eat. So it was a must for us to go out to eat, even in the pouring rain.

no emergency button but the tv sound that's hard turn off in the bathroom. i bathtube with a shower. opening the shower water spill protection waters the wc. no phone. no pencil no paper. no snacks in room bar, no snack vending machine. no roomservice. no tea. no coffee. no water cooking. no aircondition, even if the room is in the sun most time of the day when it is shining. no smoking except in a very tiny spot that fits 5 people and has not even a rain shelter. you are not allowed to smoke on balkony of your room. balcony is dirty and was not painted / cleand since at least 8 years, ago. during holidays you get the music from the beach stage from 11-21 daily. it's really loud. wellness space is a joke but without towels - bring on of the essential set from your room. old, worn bathropes are available in your room. even if it is stated and told at checkin: the saunas (2! one steam, one wood - tiny!) are open from 10-21 except on sunday no matter what you booked - it opens at 14. the 2 big showers at sauna are working but are old and streams go in many directions, sometimes even one you targeted. 1 old used drinking spot and one huge bottle but no re-usable cups - only the tiny paper ones. the pool has very cold water only a few people use it. no streaming or something - just a big pool with water. nothing else. very low standard hotel sauna & pool is not wellnes. no staff anywhere in the 'wellness area'. you need to go to reception if you want something. no guards at the pool. the dining menu is a bad joke - 4 dishes but each one combines strange - just see menu. i am sure the 4 stars the ressort puts on display are reffering to the amount of available dishes. the bar has no barkeeper, a waiter from restaurant jumps in, if you are noticed. patience required. room interiour is also strange. the huge bedlamps hardly fit the tiny table. you are freo to search for the additionally booked parking spot anywhere on the property. no spot near your building? just drive untill you find a free one. one (1!) parking spot for disabled people. heavily overpriced low standard ressort with full central beach stage show sound daily from 11-21 during holiday season.
