Location is great, right next to the river and sea. Public parking is only a few minutes away and ~6€ cheaper per day. Breakfast is good but nothing special and options are moderate but enough. Dining needs to be booked separately and is generally fine. Pools are mostly clean and perfect with kids, however no slides or anything. There are quite many young families with kids. Staff is mostly friendly. Coffee/cake is included but only between 14:00-15:00, beverages for kids very limited, no juices as they are at breakfast. Room service is only every second day which is fine but they also clean till late afternoon (past 17:00) which makes it a bit uncomfortable if your room is late and you want to get ready for dinner.

Location good. View gorgeous. Price good. Food good. Nivea beauty treatment mostly booked out. Room is fine,but no dresser or seat to put on make up. Toilet,basin and shower takes getting used to. No racks to dry towels.

We had stayed in their other branch in Warnemunde, so thought of going here as well. The hotel is located in great location, however the facilities in the rooms doesn't match the price you pay. I payed around 170 euros / night during winters and there was not even a kettle provided in the room. My wife was a bit sick so we asked at the reception for the kettle but still we were not provided. There was no fridge in the room so our cake got ruined in heater. Restaurant was nice. But I would say they provide very basic facility and not value for money.
