The resort feels like a private chalet with hotel services, offering a stunning sea view from its hilltop location. The beach is 5 minutes away by car with transport available anytime, but it’s rocky, so beach shoes are needed. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s clean, peaceful, and the staff are friendly. The food is simple, homemade-style with basic variety, but unfortunately it’s always served just a bit warm — never hot.
The resort is located in Azzura compound — more of a residential area than a real hotel. For a short stay, the pool and views were great, though the food and drinks weren’t appealing. Sadly, my experience was overshadowed by poor service: I was woken up in the middle of the night by reception over a tiny parking issue. Instead of solving it calmly, the manager was cold and unhelpful. As a woman traveling alone, this felt upsetting and unnecessary. A beautiful place, but disappointing management.
I stayed here for 7 nights from 7-10 May 2025, all inclusive. The small bottle of water in the room was not free (although we are talking about regular water), only the large water, at 1.5, was free. If you drank small water, you were forced to pay for it at check-out. Also, I left with my boyfriend at midnight to Cairo (that was the excursion) and asked for 2 small bottles of water for the road, we were told that they can only give us one bottle of water, and the second bottle must be paid for. For all inclusive customers, the meal plan is buffet only for breakfast, lunch and dinner are very strict and you have to choose from a menu that is not varied at all (it never changes). All the food was frozen, tasteless, they have no variety at all, there are not even simple things in their all inclusive menu, for example pizza/pasta/crispy chicken. The rooms were clean, one of the only pluses of this hotel. Ahmed the pool guy is a great guy except for the reception who is not friendly at all and makes you feel bad if you ask for some fruit for breakfast as an all inclusive customer. We will not be returning here.
