Incredible stay and experiences! Highly recommend for a unique stay while near Cappadocia. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect - including knowing my name and dietary requirements, and driving me to my room from the main building (despite it not being a far walk, their attention to comfort and detail were top notch). The property is on its own - away from the towns - which meant it was very quiet and tranquil - prefect for a relaxing escape. I’m sure when the flowers and trees are in bloom it’s even more magical. The spa facilities are luxurious and the gym a plus. I was traveling solo and this exceeded my vision of having a solo retreat to relax and recharge. The bed, linens and selection of pillows are fabulous and high quality. The room comfortable and well appointed. The property is very kid friendly - however perhaps because I was there during Ramadan I did not see many families. There’s also some other unique features to the property including the gorgeous coffee museum and dessert shop and epicurean store. I would definitely return and highly recommend
Very nice place. The hotel rooms are really nice and well put. Everything is so detailed and well adjusted. Like even the towels have covers its so interesting, I liked it. We had an extra bed and the also gave amenities for that automatically without having to ask.
The architecture of the hotel is impressive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is delightful. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. First, the hotel has certain conservative policies that should be clearly stated in their advertisements. I wasn’t made aware of these policies until I arrived at the hotel. For instance, while there is a lovely swimming pool, men and women are not allowed to use it at the same time. This means that if you’re visiting with your partner, you won’t be able to enjoy the pool together. I appreciate having rules, but they should be communicated upfront before the booking process. Secondly, I attempted to book a treatment from their spa menu, but my request was denied due to a lack of male therapists available. As a five-star hotel, I was disappointed by the staffing issues, which prevented me from enjoying the additional services I had looked forward to.
