AKA Rittenhouse Square

Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay, and while the entire team was exceptional—kind, attentive, and well-trained—I want to specifically highlight Bianca Valle for her truly remarkable service. Bianca was consistently prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She replied to every email quickly, was always available, and made me feel completely supported from start to finish. Her attentiveness and professionalism stood out, even among a stellar team, and made a lasting impression. The location is unbeatable, and the service felt more like a boutique, home-away-from-home experience than a typical hotel. I felt completely safe and well cared for. The food was fantastic—from the restaurant to room service—and the coffee was notably great as well. Every detail seemed intentional and thoughtfully executed. The only small downside was the building’s traditional layout, which reflects its historic charm. That said, it did not impact the overall quality of the experience, thanks to the excellent team. Thank you again for a truly memorable stay. Please extend my deepest appreciation to Bianca and the entire team—you were all amazing.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my engagement while staying with AKA and it was the best decision!! Bianca, Tina, Juliette, and the entire team at the Rittenhouse location truly went so far past above and beyond to make this special moment in our lives unforgettable. I was in contact with Bianca for over a month before our arrival as she helped me handle every detail of the surprise. The staff was excited, discreet, and prompt with pulling it off! The suite was gorgeous, clean, and equipped with dogs toys, beds, and bowls for our two dogs. The location is also perfect. Our dogs enjoyed the time spend in Rittenhouse Square, just steps away from the front door, and we loved how walkable and vibrant the area was. I highly recommend pre-ordering a bottle of wine from their staff sommelier to have ready in your suit if you'll be celebrating! When we returned from the engagement itself, they had surprised us with embroidered robes and a hand written card to congratulate us. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail shines through! The next day we made our way over to their sister property, City University, to enjoy the view by their indoor pool. An absolutely fantastic experience! We used to be air bnb people when visiting Philly, but are now fully converted!!
