Hotel room is very comfortable and spacious with a big bath tub inside. The bath tub is the comfort after shopping for a day. The hotel design is also very elegant. Love the atmosphere. Staffs are all very helpful, kind and cheerful. They are always at your service. Appreciate it! It is a pleasant stay ☺️ Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious room. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming. Had an amazing conversation with Rich while waiting for my airport transfer. Hotel well equipped with a gym, pool and bar. The staff all spoke in english and really helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked here for 3 nights...First they gave us a small room which is very compact, We killed 4 small cockroaches inside the bathroom and 2 small spiders inside the room. one of the plug point was not working and shower holder was not screwed properly. We were so disappointed and informed in reception the next day. We showed them spider running inside our room video and requested them to change our room. Fortunately the person from help desk changed our room to a bigger one with bathtub. we spend the remaining 2 nights in a very nice room. Staff were very polite and helpful. Most importantly hotel is located in a prime location so most tourists spots and shopping places are within 5km radius. Overall it was a good experience.
