Our overall stay was really good! The location was excellent and there were many restaurants nearby the hotel. The room was spacious and clean (especially facing the main road). The customer service was excellent and answered all our inquiries. Also, the Japanese coffee served in the hotel was good. It’s a pity that their business might close this year in August/September
Great location, just across the road from the underground station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Good nightlife around the hotel just in a walking distance. The rooms aren’t massive but a decent size for Tokyo. The shower room was massive with everything you need. Highly recommended!
It's a 4star hotel. It's relatively clean. Location is very good. I was there for 2 weeks and they gave me a room which didn't have any windows! The breakfast was average. The staff behavior was not very good. They chased you with the bill everywhere! I was there for 14 days and they told me I have to pay half of it in the middle of my stay. This is not how you treat your guests in a good hotel.
