Akdora Resort & Spa Hotel

How is this possible that this hotel is 4stars? Its 2 maximum. On very good day. Starting with food, we got food poisoning. Chicken on the most days were undercooked. There is nothing on the buffet to choose from. 2-3 dishes max, breakfast only one. The “best”part hotel massage therapist are gonna scam you 100%. Better don’t use their services. The other guy will offer you “free rides” around the city, as this included in hotel price, but later ask huge amount of money. And this is all at hotel. How it is alowed? Wi-Fi is paid per device, for 1 phone is 10euros per week. It does not even load a website. Terrible stay. Never again. Be warned

Booked an all inclusive stay and it was terrible. The first room we were put it was absolutely vile! It was not cleaned, had no pillow cases, bedding was stained. We booked a room with a balcony, ours was BRICKED UP??? Dirty underwear and food left from previous guests. The AC was over our heads and dripping water, the shower only half worked. Absolutely shocking. When we were moved the next day the room was cleaner but there was no toilet flusher? The food was terrible, the main meals were only on for 2 hours a day- we weren’t told when. No snacks provided. The bar didn’t carry rum or similar spirits or anything not pre mixed. The cocktails were vile. No entertainment, people can keep their towels on the loungers over night so you will never get a sun lounger. Everywhere has rubbish and is very dirty with flies in food. The staff were digging up concrete whilst we were there. The hotel shop was not open at any point Would not recommend at all!

I would give this hotel 1 star. It was a terrible experience. I found cat feces in the flowers, and the restaurant smelled strongly of cat urine and had an overall foul odor. One day, the employees tried to mask the smell with men's perfume, which didn't help. The food was of very poor quality. Additionally, the air conditioner and WC in my room were not working, and it took three days to get a room change. Despite the travel offer stating that internet was available, it was not working at all. To top it off, there were cockroaches running around the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
