Great Experience… 10/10 . The only thing , and I mean the only thing because everything was perfect is there could be an improvement on the food options and possibly abit better mattresses. Overall amazing experience , absolutely loved it and I would go back in a heartbeat

Family with a young child(5) stayed here for a week. We had an accommodation with bedroom, lounge-which had a sofa bed and balcony with the pool view plus bathroom. The bedroom had 2 single beds which didn’t really stick together as they had wheels and we struggled to sleep there. The lounge had this sofa, quiet messy underneath-not mopped properly and broken in the middle. The bathroom had mould around shower area and seemed like has never been cleaned. The bathroom needs a full refurbishment as the water was leaking out of the shower into the corridor, even the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly as it was damaged because of the water coming through. The cleaners were coming daily to change towels or bedding if needed. The place needs a deep clean, skirting boards were disgusting full of dirt and dust. We couldn’t use the AC as it smelled , looked like it’s never been cleaned, full of dirt. Outside at the pool there wasn’t enough umbrellas, people went there in the morning put towels and occupied the spaces for a whole day even when they weren’t there. The restaurant had plenty of food but they were repeating the menu, had leftovers for snacks or dinner. There was always fresh salads and fish . The best for kids were the italian chef that was there always to do pizza and pasta of choice. The ice cream served was the cheapest you can find. You had to look at the plates and cuterly properly as sometimes they still had food on🤢 There were alcoholic drinks in the evenings, cocktails and in the day there was beer, wine- not the best quality tho. Entertaining the guests in german tho? Really? We were expecting in Spanish 😬 if we wanted german speaking we would go in Germany. There was some music in spanish and some dancers and magician in spanish which was more interesting . The location is ok, close to shops and beach, restaurants and you could walk to the beach-although there were so many steps, also dunes were in the walking distance. We rented a car for 40e a week from the airport and travelled around the island-so much to see and do, no point to stay local! A bit tricky with the parking around the hotel as there were no spaces. This is not a 4star hotel, maybe 2. A mix of people were there elderly and families, although it was half term. I wouldn’t return there. It wasn’t cheap either.

Having stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience but now it has changed hands supposed to be Spanish owned it is predominantly German run and the first language. My room was clean but the shower tray was broken and leaking the basin was blocked The food was not good either cold or over cooked .rice overcooked chicken was dry I could go on .I could go on but enough said it would take a lot of convincing for me to come back
