Unbeatable location, at the center of everything. Some minutes of walking distance to everywhere. Parking at the back of the hotel. For me breakfast is OK but not great. Starbucks at the lobby. Rooms still have carpets which i don't like. Showers need upgrades. Fish restaurant at the top floor top notch. The view from balcony is to die for👍
One single lift for hundreds of guests. We arrive, go to the toilet (had serious issues with diarrhea) and find ourselves unable to use the toilet flush. We've been waiting for some time already for them to fix it and no one has arrived yet. I prefer to sleep in the woods if I can't even use the toilet or if going to my room on the fifth floor takes 20 minutes.
Disappointing hotel. Beds too hard. Building works with material left everywhere. Lifts slow and struggled to take 4 people. Breakfast bar dimly lit, with food not labelled. Toaster did not work. Staff did not appear to care.
