Just got back from a fantastic week here! The room was lovely very clean & cleaning service was great! Food was immense all the made fresh (my husband commented several times it was the best all inclusive food he’s ever had) Staff were very friendly. Location is great, perfectly situated for the best of both worlds, peace & quiet if you choose it or a short walk to the strip! We will definitely be back
Our family loved this hotel. Very clean peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. We booked a room with a private pool straight from our terrace, really enjoyed. Pool has been cleaned every day. Perfect hotel for family holiday.
Had many issues whilst at this accomodation - summarised below. 1. Security - on my first night I got confused what room I was in and walked in to the wrong room, to discover that my key opens other people’s rooms! I informed reception and they said it was fixed but we tested it on my friends room and the key still worked opening other people’s rooms all week, despite me telling the manager as well - serious security risk! 2. Accomodation is very run down - the railing for the stairs was falling out of the wall! Serious safety risk and risk of tetanus as it is old and rusty. I informed them on the first night and it wasn’t fixed at all, all week. Also toilet not flushing properly and shower not draining properly. 3. Wifi - did not work in the rooms at all, despite informing them all week. Very serious healthy and safety issues here I would strongly reconsider your desire to stay here!
