Excellent accomodations, courteous staff, well maintained, overall a great place to stay when in Quito for business or for pleasure. Will definitely stay here next trip to Ecuador.
I only stayed one night, however, I would say it is a very nice hotel aesthetically. The rooms are clean, crisp, but I will say the lighting within the room is dim. That's just my opinion. If you buy breakfast in your stay it is worth it. The staff can best be described as polite, respectful, and a bit to serious.
Stayed there for 15+ days. Some basic facilities need to be requested. Like no complimentary tea or coffee pouch in room, no kettle, limited toiletries and no mini bar etc. Staffs are good but these small things let down the whole experience!
