Very nice hotel in old Chiang Mai. Big and clean rooms and excellent beds. Comfortable bathroom with huge shower. Free minibar with water and Coca Cola, refilled every day. Complementary cookies and sweets. Very friendly staff especially at reception/lobby and to greet guests at breakfast. Breakfast buffet ok, and very good coffee. Nice pool but can be busy at times. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood (Garden to Table is a must try). If you need someone to drive you around the city or for excursions or any transfer, we can highly recommend Kristvancm (the reception has his contact details)
This place is awesome. The people at the reception are incredible. They always with a smile. The restaurant is definitely delicious. This hotel deserves 100 stars. Rooms clean and confortable. Pool is clean and refreshing. Many activities like cooking. Diverse menu.
All staffs are attentive and friendly. The location is very good so that you can do the old town area sightseeing on your feet. The building exterior and room decoration are filled with aesthetic and delicate details, which make me feel peaceful and calm. I’m grateful that I chose this hotel and really enjoyed it. I’ll come here to stay more nights for sure.
