I had the most wonderful experience at Aksari Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and carried a refreshing scent that immediately made me feel relaxed. The views are simply breathtaking—whether from the restaurant or the pool, you get to enjoy one of the most stunning sceneries imaginable. But what makes this hotel truly extraordinary is not just its physical beauty, but its people. I have never encountered a team of staff anywhere in the world who are more friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Their kindness was so heartfelt that I honestly felt like hugging each and every one of them. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management and HR team. I know that when staff consistently deliver service beyond expectations, it is the result of great leadership and values instilled by management. Thank you for creating such a warm and memorable environment. Aksari Hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience I will never forget.

We recently hosted a small wedding at Aksari, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. All the stress of wedding planning was taken out of the experience, the staff were incredible and the location is stunning. On the day everything went so smoothly, I could not have asked for more. My only regret is not staying longer to enjoy the hotel amenities.

A beautiful, peaceful stay in Ubud at Aksari resort for our honeymoon. Our villa was spacious, clean and well maintained. All staff so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our massage at the spa very relaxing and all our food at the restaurant was delicious. Participate in the Yoga each morning and that was a wonderful way to start the day. Resort is well maintained and you are able to relax the moment you arrive. Much thanks to all the staff so helpful, friendly and contribute to the amazing stay.
