Akti Palace Hotel All inclusive

Nice, clean, friendly and welcoming. Pools and food are great, drink choice is great too especially cocktails, the spirits could be more premium however and the spa needs a refurb and steam room fixing, for those who like a spa, not much going on down there. The mini fridge in room stocked up everyday which is great and the room gets cleaned daily too, it would be great if they hoovered it, the shuttle bus is good too to help get to the town, only an 8 minute drive, free all day long Special thanks to George too, very nice and helpful from the start, great guy!

wouldn’t say this is a 5* more a 3-4 lots of areas around the room which are not giving 5* so was disappointed. The rest of the hotel was very nice and seemed clean. You can use the hotel next door which was a nice addition. Free shuttle bus to local town. You can go next door and inflate your inflatables for free. I had a shared pool room, I liked it as it was pretty quiet and easily get to the food/drinks and beach. Our door looked like the lock had been broke before. The shower does not stand up high on the wall it only fits on the lower option. Balcony floor was not cleaned during our stay. Mini bar in room stocked daily if you choose, there was a button on the wall for ‘do not disturb’ which I used because he would come around 9am and bang loudly and shout to try and come while you are sleeping if the door is locked. Even so you can still hear him banging the neighbours door which was very disrupting. Pool bar is very good you can get drinks and cooked food. If you ask for cocktail ask for extra alcohol as they are not strong. You can get ice coffee with baileys which I enjoyed. You can get ice cream at pool bar it’s lovely.

We booked our holiday here through on the beech it was advertised as a 5* holiday. However 5 * in Greece must be very different to the UK. Although the holiday was nice its was 3 star at best. The food was mediocre in my opinion, although there was lots it was of poor quality and lots of wastage but to people not liking it. The rooms were basic, room service came around at 9am to restock the bar, im on holiday and would prefer not be woken up for this. On three occasions the aircon stopped working and had to be fixed and one night we had to be changed rooms at 3am. However! The staff were fantastic and friendly and would always help. The drinks were nice. The area is fantastic with a nice beech with plenty of sunbeds and fantastic snorkeling. The night time entertainment was always good.
