From start to an end, this hotel is SUPERB! It is so comfortable, so cozy. All staff members as well as Mr Gutjahr, who is always somewhere around taking care of guests, are simply amazing. The wellness centre is without doubts the best one I've ever seen in hotels like this - 4 Finish saunas, 2 steam rooms, plenty of space for relaxing and many others. And the food, oh my, that was something! In one word - Perfect!

My spouse and I were stranded in this town during our trip due to an unexpected snowstorm. While wandering, we came across this hotel. Despite our sudden, unreserved visit, the host warmly welcomed us and generously offered the best remaining room at a great price. We were able to warm our chilled bodies and spend a cozy and peaceful night here. Although five years have passed, that winter night remains an unforgettable memory of our journey through Austria. This place will always be remembered in our hearts as the best 5-star hotel. We definitely hope to visit again someday.
