The staff is very friendly and eager to help with whatever questions you might have. The breakfast is quite varied and the dinner is delicious. There are several facilities, such as sauna and swimming pool, perfect for an "apres ski" relaxation. You can get a sip of coffee with a splendid vista.
Perfect for families with children. There is everything, from lovely host - best ever - really good cuisine, chill room... spa, pool, bowling kids corner... view!!! Excellent!!! Always a pleasure!! And we are always coming back!!! Lovely
The hotel seems to be greedy and not interested in guest satisfaction. They charged us the price of the additional double room with breakfast for an additional quest spending 1 night on a sofa (child extra bed), with very poor comfort. This is a really bad practice that I have never experienced before. I tried to explain my position and why I think this is not fair, but they had absolutely no interest in it.
