We spent four unforgettable days at Aktivhotel Santa Lucia and can truly say it exceeded all our expectations. This hotel is a dream come true for active travelers — everything is perfectly designed with sports in mind. The rooms are modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is a real highlight: rich, nutritious, and full of thoughtful extras — from fresh vitamins to protein honey — fueling you up for a day of adventure. The 25-meter heated pool is fantastic, and I loved the honesty bar system by the pool — just write down what you take. Simple, trusting, and so refreshing in today’s world. Cyclists will be thrilled: there’s a video-monitored bike storage area right in front of the hotel, a full workshop for repairs, and even a self-service car wash station. Every little detail is covered. The cocktail bar is exceptional, with an impressive and high-quality drink selection. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the evening. A huge thank you to the owner, whose warm hospitality sets the tone for the entire stay. The whole team deserves praise, always cheerful and genuinely welcoming — especially Cristina, whose friendly energy and charming German-Italian dialect brightened every interaction and made each moment feel special. Without a doubt, this is a place we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended — a true gem in every sense!

The staff was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was pastoral. A perfect hotel for sports enthusiasts: incredible road cycling routes right from the hotel’s doorstep. A stunning heated outdoor pool with breathtaking views. Every detail was thought of – a dedicated storage room for bikes, laundry service for sports clothes, isotonic powder refills, and a nutritious breakfast. It was amazing vacation!!!

Wonderful staff that were super helpful, positive and always had smiles on their faces. They were extremely receptive to any requests I had. Loved the cycling package with bike storage, option for guided tours and daily laundry service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cycling vacation.
