What a wonderful hotel in Seefeld. Absolutely beautiful in the inside and the outside and I’m sure the rooms will see a huge improvement after it has been renovated. The swimming pool is super nice and super warm in the spa. The bar also had a really relaxed vibe. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is located about a 5 min walk from the nursery slopes and about a 5 min walk from the bus stop to take you to either of the mountains.

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and perfect food. Free hotel shuttle bus is convenient to bring to you all places within Seefeld. Our room (Superior 2-persons) was a bit outdated but very clean and spacious. I will definitely come back.

First the positives: The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Even an average hotel experience will not ruin the a trip to the Austrian Alps. The owner, Veronika, is a lovely person. The breakfast, cake time and dinner were excellent. Pool was huge and relaxing. And you can walk anywhere in Seefeld from the hotel. The cons: Hotel markets itself as a family hotel. It has Kinder care, and the pool is great for kids. However, it is a smoking hotel. Every room has an ash tray. In America, smoking hotels are not family hotels. The hotel staff take frequent smoke breaks, and without AC, the windows must stay open. Therefore, if you do not like cigarette smoking, you are out of luck. You are really really out of luck if the staff smoke breaks occur below your room. There were amenities that we felt could easily have been provided that would have made a big difference. For example, Rooms only had two very thin feather pillows, and I had to ask multiple times for an additional pillow to be brought up. It felt awkward to keep asking after the third time - like it was this enormous burden. Bath towels were very small and thin. Housekeeping didn’t really clean, just replaced towels and threw out trash. We were there in mid-September and the rooms were very warm. A floor fan would have been a welcome addition. It really was uncomfortably warm and we are from South Florida. The staff seemed to be more pleasant when their boss, Veronika, was in. When she wasn’t there, the service was less cheerful. We loved Seefeld and will return one day. However, there are many many hotels in the town, so we will choose one with a few more of the amenities that I mentioned above.
