Akvarel Hotel

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet and cozy. My dad and I had a great time staying here.

Fantastic location, great service (special mention for Hassan and Julia) and comfortable rooms. Must consider this hotel if visiting Moscow as a tourist. It is within walking distance of Bolshoi & Red Square. It is also situated in a rather upscale area so there are restaurants, hotels and theatre nearby. Metro station is also within 7 min walking. Would not recommend breakfast at the hotel since options are limited; instead it is better to walk to the area near Police Headquarters for several breakfast options there. Premium rooms are better than normal rooms and more spacious. There are blackout curtains and a kettle but no refrigerator. Bathroom is tiny but manageable. Beds are quite comfortable.

Expected a 5 stars treatment and got exactly that. Lobby is spacious clean and very elegant, reception staff are very nice and made check in with an arabic speaker very easy like I'm speaking arabic too like him. My room was the best part as it was very clean and comfortable with excellent provided amenities. Thanks to everyone and i recommend this hotel a lot. I want to again say a big thank you to Sasha, Hassen and Igor. The discussions and the company there have been of very high quality and it is making me enjoy my long term stay even more. This is the best team at this hotel and I appreciate what they do, very hard working and friendly. Staying at this hotel has been an amazing experience in Moscow specially with the very organized activities and trips they proposes to clients, I would recommend it to others.
