Al Ain Rotana

We had an exceptional experience at Al Ain Rotana. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every corner reflected attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast buffet—a perfect start to your day! The highlight of our stay was celebrating our daughter’s birthday. To our surprise and delight, the hotel went above and beyond by offering a complimentary birthday cake and even a thoughtful gift for her. It was such a memorable gesture that made her day extra special. This level of care and hospitality truly stands out. We are definitely staying here again on our next visit to Al Ain!

I had a great stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out though was the service. I especially want to mention one of the waiters Obada who was fantastic. He was warm and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to eat. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

A fantastic experience from the get-go! Swift check-in, super clean and well maintained property, wonderful dining experience (we had breakfast and dinner), and most importantly, extremely welcoming staff! The staff made all the difference. Prashant, Lady, Keerthana, Spencer, Obada, the lifeguards, each and every team member of the hotel personnel has just one goal - 5 Star Guest experience. Our kids enjoyed the squeaky clean pools, it was the perfect spot to relax and laze around as well. I'd suggest the pool view rooms for the beautiful view of not just the pool, but also Jebel Hafeet. The property looked extremely beautiful at night from our balcony. Furthermore, the rooms are very clean, well appointed, and quite spacious. We gorged on their delicious meals and loved that it was all freshly prepared with the best ingredients. The fresh juices in breakfast are very refreshing. We insinuated about our anniversary and the staff were quick to send a nice little treat to our room, the perfect end to a wonderful weekend. We will back again with friends and family!
