A very wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I had the best massage I ever had in my entire life with Peri in the Thai Spa. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a less crowded area that’s clean and has all basic amenities, I highly recommend it.
Reception staff very welcoming, the hall is attracting the room was excellent and clean, very elegant. Little bit stingy with the soap and shampoo. Complementary water, coffee and tea not provided. For the price provided, overall rating is very good, recommended.
Hotel is in a terrible location far from any facilities that our service members might need. The staff is rude. The food is always delivered cold and is just overall not good. The WiFi barely works because it requires the guest to log on several times. The worst part is the duty hotel manager who is very rude to guests and has them wait for several hours before they are able to check out. I would recommend any hotel in Bahrain beside this one. Truly a terrible experience.
