Good room, clean toilet, all room features are there, routine check and cleaning, there are 7 guest elevators and 1 service elevator. The restaurant need much improvement. The food quality, variations very less, sometimes they don’t serve any deserts and fruits, sometimes milk and coffee doesn’t exist. But this hotel fairly close to al-haram. It’s still recommended.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location other than that everything was terrible. We moved from Le Méridien Towers in Makkah to this hotel so our expectations were high. On arrival we found that the reception is utterly useless and the entire check in process is handled by the owner himself in his office which understandably led to long lines outside his office. We already had the hotel confirmation number but he wanted another type of number so we had to wait 30 min outside while our agent figured it out. I also want to mention that despite operating a hotel filled with international visitors, the owner only speaks Arabic and refuses to speak English. After that we finally received our room key only to find that the room is already occupied. I left my bags on the floor and went back down to get the room changed. When we finally got an empty room we found it was a tiny room with 3 tiny beds, 1 washroom and one small table. They provided us a small fridge and kettle but no microwave. The carpet of the room had dates lying around and it was clear it wasn't even properly vacumed. The washroom had a small shower cabin and the basin in the washroom was clogged so anytime we would wash our hands, it would fill up. Now the hotel itself has around 700 rooms and only 7 lifts so after every prayer, there were long lines in front of the elevators and everyone tried to cram inside. It was so bad that I preferred to use the emergency stairs rather than the lift but my mother could not do the same. Also I would like to mention that the hotel is 90% filled with Indonesians so it really isn't recommended for people of other nationalities. The only good thing about the hotel was it's proximity to Masjid e Nabawi. I will never visit or recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel cancelled my booking last minute. Then they told us to book the room directly at the receptionist but they give us higher price, with no receipt from the hotel (we asked them but they didnt want to give it). Lift is not working, really hard to just go downstairs or upstairs and took a very long waiting time. Room is decent but bathroom need fixes in multiple area
