Awful awful experience here we stayed one night and were woken at 6am with construction noise and the lock for the door didn’t work so me and my teenage sister did not feel safe staying here. The worst hotel ever and they are refusing to refund the money they agreed to refund me. Absolute scam. Avoid!!! I spent £2700 on this expecting a luxury experience and I haven’t had any money refunded to me.
