I’m a regular at Morgans Restaurant and always have a great experience! I especially want to highlight Ibrahim – he does an outstanding job. His friendly attitude, dedication, and warm service make you feel welcome every time. He’s definitely one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here almost every day. The rest of the staff is also kind and attentive. Overall, a great atmosphere and a place I truly enjoy spending time at.

My family and I had a truly wonderful experience at Morgan's. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Melanie, Donna, Katie, Arjane and Munir went above and beyond—offering the kind of hospitality that’s hard to come by these days. Their kindness and attentiveness made our visit extra special. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every bite! It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the food and the service at Morgan's. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Al Bandar Rotana as a resident in one of their hotel apartments, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the team here. The bellboys at the front have consistently delivered exceptional service — always punctual, courteous, and with a warm smile that makes coming and going a delight. Their professionalism and positive attitude have truly enhanced my experience. The front desk staff have also been consistently lovely to deal with — always helpful, welcoming, and responsive. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest satisfaction. I’d also like to acknowledge the housekeeping team, who have done an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of my apartment. They come in weekly and ensure everything is spotless and comfortable, and their supervisors manage the process with care and efficiency. Additionally, the sales department — especially director Mina — have been incredibly supportive and attentive throughout my stay. Their commitment to service and guest experience does not go unnoticed. Overall, Al Bandar Rotana sets the bar high when it comes to customer service, cleanliness, and responsiveness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in!
