I had a wonderful 8-night stay at Al Bandar Rotana, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. A special mention goes to Amit from the concierge/bell desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted me with my luggage during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is spotless, with modern rooms, a great location, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my long stay truly relaxing. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommend Al Bandar Rotana for anyone visiting Dubai—excellent service, comfort, and hospitality all in one. Thank you for making my stay memorable!
Spending our holiday here today is amazing... I find this hotel very satisfactory. The staffs are very friendly with a very good service. Today, I forgot my mobile from the lobby area and I was thinking I lost it, but immediately I contacted my number and recovered it from the management. Really, such good service and security is a thumbs up. As for the room, wow we have the creek view, I love it. Thank you Al Bandar Rotana Hotel, hope to enjoy the rest of our stay.
The hotel is nice and the staff were generally accommodating, they let us check in early and housekeeping were amazing. What lets it down is the staff are very pushy about giving them positive reviews, standing over you watching while you put on a review and even touching your phone to tap on 5 stars for you. If they weren’t so pushy I would be more inclined to give a positive review so it doesn’t work in their favour. The pool area is also very small so we were only able to get a sunbed on one day. I’m aware we could be added to a list so the staff could call us and let us know there was a sunbed free when one became available but it doesn’t seem logical when on holiday to sit in the room for hours waiting for a sunbed to become available so we ended up getting a taxi to the beach every day.
