Al Bustan Hotel

I recently spent a week at Odst Hotel Jeddah, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable—everything was impeccably maintained, from my room to the common areas. It’s clear that maintaining a spotless environment is a top priority here, and I appreciated it greatly. For example, my room was serviced daily, and even the smallest details, like the sparkling lobby floors, stood out. The staff at Odst Hotel Jeddah was equally impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference. One standout moment was when a staff member personally guided me to a nearby restaurant I was interested in trying—such personal touches left a lasting impression. Whether it was offering local recommendations, promptly addressing inquiries, or greeting me with warm smiles, their service was outstanding. The location of the hotel was another plus, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Jeddah Corniche and Red Sea Mall. Being able to explore the area without hassle added to the overall comfort of my trip. The hotel also offered convenient on-site amenities, including a fitness center and a cozy lounge, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If I had to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to perhaps expand the dining options in-house, as the menu was a bit limited. However, with so many excellent eateries nearby, this was a minor issue. I highly recommend Odst Hotel Jeddah for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and wonderfully staffed place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Best location and services Abdul karim bell boy yamani and Mr Zakir from Bangladesh excellent services. Hotel should have loyalty program as this is my 4th stay with them but nothing extra
