I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Diar Sawa Hotel Apartments, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service—and a special mention must go to Ms. Eya at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her warm smile, professional demeanor, and genuine care for guests are a true asset to the hotel. She was always available to assist with any questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that everything ran smoothly. It's rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Ms. Eya truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Al Diar Sawa Hotel Apartments to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. 4 stars because i love staying in this hotel. Situated on a quiet location with a huge variety of nearby restaurant. Been booking in this hotel on multiple occasions and i can confidently review that much has changed. Beddings and towels are somewhat old and needed replacements, carpets wornout and needed deep cleaning. No cookwares are ready on the shelves. You can request one but the availablity is limited and those that they have are clearly heavily used and little grimy. Chairs are creeky and sometimes broken. This has always been my go-to hotel. I even recommend it to friends and family. I hope to see the improvements on my next visit.
