We booked 2 standard rooms at Al Ebaa Hotel** because it's super close to Haram and super budget-friendly if you're doing Umrah without a travel agent. It’s about 600 meters between the hotel and the Umrah gate – a pretty easy walk with just a *little* uphill bit. We got there super early in the morning, way before our actual check-in time. **Huge shoutout to the reception staff though!** They were so kind and let us check in right when we arrived. Thank you so much for that! The rooms were great – clean and tidy. And the breakfast buffet? **Top notch!** So many choices, and the staff were always happy to refill things, even when we showed up later. Honestly, it’s a fantastic choice for budget Umrah. Super close to Haram, awesome service, great food, and really kind staff. Good job, Al Ebaa!

Tbh some reviews made me anxious before arriving, but my personal experience was totally different. Our room was quadruple, 11th floor and it was nice and quiet, beds were comfy, fridge worked just fine! Air conditioner was excellent, and you can control water temperature in the shower. We tried both Suhoor and Iftar on different days and both were more than satisfying. Hotel Staff were all very respectful and helpful. Distance from the hotel to the Haram takes about 5 min (shortcut- a bit of an uphill walk then using Anjum Hotel’s electrical stairs). The only downside is that the elevators were a bit slow especially during busy hours (Salah time/Suhoor/Iftar). In conclusion i highly recommend booking this hotel !

Horrible hotel to stay in, staff cannot understand English they have to call other people to translate it is soooo frustrating. When asked not to disturb in the morning everyday room service knocks on your door. Have to explain every day kot to disturb they ask you to hang a do not disturb sign which is not available aftet giving the do kot disturb sign guess what the sign is being ignored!!! Have my booking untill the 1st of August been asked to checkout !! Asked for a manager 1 guy said he will come after half an hour other guy goes i am a manager???!!!! When I said well I ha been informed manager is not here he goes o I am a supervisor. If you ask for ice cubes or disposable cup you have to pay 1 sar. Showers r horrible its over flooding they give you a wiper to clean after wards. The room service is horrible., you. An have only 2 small bottle of water not more then that a day!!! Also it is not close to the harram at all !!
