My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was beautiful, and what stood out the most to me was the cleanliness — something I truly value. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I also really enjoyed the breakfast. I kept finding myself admiring the person behind it all, who clearly runs everything with such care and dedication. I will definitely come again.
Literally everything was perfect!! The lobby, the room , breakfast area was amazing The staff were VERY friendly and helpful The bed and pillows were very comfortable The breakfast was delicious The location is fantastic and near attraction areas They were very welcoming I would definitely recommend you to stay here
One Star – Very Unprofessional Security Staff I recently visited Habtoor Budapest for a drink in the lobby area, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the security personnel. One of the security guards was rude and intrusive, involving himself in matters that were absolutely none of his business. For a hotel that claims to be five stars, this kind of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. It completely ruined what should have been a comfortable and respectful experience. Hospitality begins with respect and discretion, qualities that were clearly lacking here. I expected much better from a place of this standard. 17 July 2025 at 11:15
