Pros: 1. Super friendly and service oriented staff (almost all of them) 2. All sizes of rooms (1, 2, 3 BHK) on Daily / Monthly rental basis which is at par with other hotels in the locality 3. Adequately furnished, AC/Heater enabled rooms with basic kitchen and other household appliances. 4. Daily / periodic room cleaning service (as desired) 5. Fully equipped Gym and recreation area (newly opened) 6. The Hotel (and the area in general) is safe for families too. Even though the hotel has huge customers from corporate bookings. Cons: 1. Some appliances are old and broken / missing parts. However, the silver lining here again, is their service - you request and they replace that broken appliance or miraculously find you that missing part (miracle being taken out from other unoccupied rooms). 2. Sofa /chairs are old too, but clean enough to be manageable. 3. Top floors will have less water pressure compared to lower floors (but I guess that's true for almost every other place in Riyadh, or may be across whole Kingdom) Overall Impression: Happy with their service staff and their customer first mindset. Treat them as fellow human brothers and they reciprocate well.

They have 3 bedrooms apartment for families. Bathrooms aren’t updated. Room furniture and cleanness is moderate. Beds and sheets are good. Staff is very very friendly. Private parking basement which is good during crowded traffic nearby. Kitchen is in good working conditions and good in size with electric stove. Price is relatively moderate to that area.

Not recommended at all , Most of the Bad experience , - The apartment was on the ground floor you can hear every things outside ( working staff + every movement) felt no safe or quit all the time + very smelly place, all the cooking food in the building was smelled in the apartment!!! - Asked from the day 1 to change the apartment but no cooperative and responding to our request or complain - Dark apartment, No sunlight you can’t till is night or morning - They Changed prices not the same on the contract !! - high price for low service, old furniture, bad smell and lack of cleanliness - Insects were found in the bathroom
