**The Best Hotel for Business Travellers** The service at this hotel is outstanding! The staff members are very helpful and humble. The housekeeping service is efficient and polite, and room service is quick with good food. The laundry service is also reasonably priced and effective. While there may be some noise issues due to a few clubs in the building, I recommend guests choose rooms on the middle floors to minimise disruption. Overall, the accommodations are excellent and provide great value for the price!

An overall very bad experience. The butler did not help with bags or hold the door open upon our entry, my wallet was left in the room in a hurry as I had an emergency situation at home, at first they kept telling me they didn't find it there's no wallet in the room, and after many attempts finally they said okay they found it and I must come to collect. The bathroom had no soap, I had to ask for it three times. They OVER CHARGED ME, double the price and refused to even give me breakfast for that amount, my booking was for a double room, because that's all that was advertised, when I told them on message and personally that I would prefer a bed for two I was declined that request, they do not answer phones on time, they do not respond to messages on time. There is no pool access at all. The spa was really bad, the ladies demanded a tip from us even though we paid the full price, my body also hurts the next day after the massage, the lady that massaged my partner offered him genital services and when he refused she started walking in and out of the room, not giving him a proper normal massage as outlined by regular therapists. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. We also ordered food, and it took almost 45 mins to come, this was for breakfast. And when it came the chicken was flavourless. We then left the hotel to go out and asked for room service to clean up, they neatened the beds but didn't pick up the food trays, they didn't add soap to the bathroom, and I asked for soap on my way out. It was so bad, a complete waste of almost 500aed. I am very very unhappy with my stay.

There were 3 of us who stayed at this hotel in November 2024. Unfortunately, despite booking for 3 people, we were given a room for 2 people and one person clearly did not have a bed and after our repeated follow-ups, they gave us a mattress so that one person could sleep on the floor!!! They told us that they would provide a bed tomorrow but they did not do so until the last day. The hotel reception is good and respectful. The hotel breakfast is served in a 12-meter room with two or three food items!!! The omelette is not free and has to be paid separately. The cleanliness of the rooms is also not appropriate. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to families and as a good experience.
