It's one of the best hotel apartments in Alsharja. The rooms are very nice, the living room is good and the kitchen is good. Everything in the apartment is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and caffee shops around the hotel. They have their own parking spot under the hotel. The place is nice and safe. Hope you all will enjoy staying in this fantasy hotel.
Stayed for 8 Nights and 7 Days. It was a 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 hall and 3 washrooms apartment. Comfortable stay with good service. Most of the utensils are available in the kitchen for cooking. We had a nice time with family. The lift has a view of Al Majaz park and water fountain.
The staff is rude and filled with attitude, especially my interaction with the security on night duty at the reception and Mr Anish. The lobby atmosphere was very sinister and unwelcoming.
