We were staying for two nights. The hotel has everything we need. Great location, it's very close to the prophet mosque. We were in rooms 710 and 711. The rooms were immaculate and the linens were changed when we requested. The staff were friendly with great customer service. Special thank you to Sharif who served us with friendliness and helpfulness during our breakfast. The food was delicious. Definitely, we will return. 🙂❤️

Had a great time dining at the restaurant in Al Manakha Rotana Hotel! The food was super tasty, lots of options, not just Arabic and international, but also dishes that suit Asian taste buds. Everything was flavorful and nicely presented. The service was awesome too, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mas Sharif from Indonesia. And the location is super convenient, just near Gate 310 of Masjid Nabawi. Definitely worth a visit!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Samir at the restaurant. During breakfast, he made me move several times, acting as if he owns the place. He makes you feel completely unwelcome, and his attitude ruined the entire experience. While the breakfast options are decent, Samir’s behaviour has made me avoid breakfast at this hotel entirely. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews, but I have worked in customer service for over 10-15 years, and I know how important it is to treat guests with respect and professionalism. We’ve spent our hard earned money to come for Umrah, and to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. Samir lacks basic customer service skills, makes guests feel unwelcome, and clearly needs more training. The hotel itself doesn’t look like a 4-star if you see it, you would think it’s a 5 star hotel. However, there are some issues, particularly with the lifts. They don’t seem to work properly when you press a button, such as 1, it lights up and then disappears, and the lift either stays on the same floor or goes back to the ground floor. This can be very frustrating and inconvenient. While the hotel has potential, these issues and poor service let it down.
