Al Mansour Suites Hotel

Very nice receptionists, i lost my family necklace, Halima helped with checking everything with the HK. But they never found my necklace. Room was missing towels, dusty windowsill. But all is clean.

Filthy and substandard. Dirty carpets, stained iron board—hygiene is nonexistent. No kitchen, can’t even make coffee, and no coffee pouches available on request. Breakfast is a cold, tasteless, packed box. No laundry service in-house. Staff openly advise against their outsourced laundry because it's overpriced and takes 2–3 days. This is not a hotel to stay in if you expect a decent environment to live in. See my video for proof. Strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel again after four years, and unfortunately, the cleanliness has noticeably declined. Back then, everything was well-maintained and tidy, but this time it was quite disappointing. The bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and even the hallways looked neglected. It’s clear that the hotel needs better housekeeping and overall attention to detail if it wants to maintain its reputation. I honestly expected the same good experience I had before, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the memory.
