The place is also perfect where is located just 5 minutes away from Abu Dhabi Mall. Very quite and it’s awesome. The hotel is fairly comfortable and deserves its stars. The waiters and staff are very kind and helpful. There is neither a pub nor alcohol in this hotel.
The rooms are well equipped, there is a gym and a swimming pool, room service is also good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It was quite disappointing that the restaurant was not following up on refilling empty dishes. This led to waiting with a plate in hand for at least 10 minutes each time. Even the supervisor and staff were careless when informed about the empty dishes. This felt very awkward, considering the reputation of Al Manzel Hotel. Other than this, the room stay was fantastic as always. The management needs to focus on improving restaurant service, as it requires significant improvement.
