Omggg Guys!!! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to (if not the best😍). The place looks just like a palace, the rooms are sooo neat, our room was upgraded, staff are super friendly, the breakfast buffet menu is amazing, gosh, the list is unending. I’m so happy I found this place for me and my friend during our girls trip. Of course i booked with Agoda, and received massive discount. If you’re considering lodging here, please do so without hesitation. You DEFINITELY would not regret it😻
I recently visited Al Masah Hotel in Nasr City for a few hours, and I was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere and overall experience. Even though I didn’t stay overnight, the place left a strong impression. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant interiors and well-maintained outdoor spaces. The gardens and fountains give the whole place a very peaceful and upscale vibe. It felt like a quiet escape right in the middle of the city. The staff were polite and professional, and the service during my visit was excellent. I spent some time at one of the cafés, and the ambiance was relaxing—perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet break. The food and drinks were great, and everything was served quickly and with a smile. Even in just a short visit, it was clear that Al Masah Hotel takes pride in offering a high-quality experience. I’d definitely consider coming back—maybe even for a longer stay next time!
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, has swimming pool, spa, bowling, resturants on the resort, favourite restaurant on the resort was villa beirut good food, english speaking waiters and food wait was resonable 25 mins and we were informed how long we would wait, we tried 2 others not so good long wait 45 mins. Good to have free golf cart service, request at reception to take you to the location you want on the resort. Everyone was professional and helpful, we were a family of 5 and they catered to all our needs. Especial appreciation for Waleed sales man for Bakkah tours Taxi service, he was excellent very friendly, made us feel welcome, always greeted us with a smile, we used their services 5 days always on time.
