We stayed at this hotel for a few days during our visit to Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. Everything from the modern design to the spacious, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming staff made our stay memorable. The hotel features a rooftop outdoor swimming pool, with dedicated ladies-only hours in the morning—a thoughtful touch. It also has a prayer room, a few shops selling modest clothing and oud, and a cozy café in the lobby. While the hotel isn’t located in central Bangkok, it’s conveniently close to a metro station—just a 5–7 minute walk away. There are also halal restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and several local shops nearby, making it easy to find whatever you need. I would definitely recommend staying here!
This is my second stay with Al Meroz and they did not disappoint. The rooms are the same however better beds and extra pillows would compliment better. Overall, we were here for Ramadan and their iftar buffet was amazing, the staff were amazing especially Ms Aisha who was at the cafe counter. Their ramadan, terawih and Eid prayers were offered in the hotel too. It was very convenient. The areas surround the hotel has also changed with more eateries. this was a memorable stay. Will return again!
Would not have booked this hotel for myself but it was booked for me so had no choice. Pretty slow service and below average quality of facilities. Couldn't get actual hot water in my room on any of the days. Even the ironing board took almost an hour to get to me. Breakfast is okay but wouldn't count on it. And the only thing that managed to reach on time was the bellboy to take my bags when I was checking out. Way to make a guest feel welcome back. Eeeesh.
