We booked in the 1BR including the morning breakfast. It was very comfortable stay for us. The room was very neat and spacious. Also excellent for family trips. Thanks for the friendly staffs to accommodate us for early check in. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Malik for a very warm welcome and friendly assistance. Indeed , I would like to recommend it to my friends and we'll surely come back again.

Not recommended. The service is so poor, if you ask for room service they will not come until you keep asking 3-4 times. If you ask for the tea which is included in the service they don't provide until you keep asking. Even the intercom doesn't work here or they act. Worst experience!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite having paid in full for my room, I was refused check-in simply because I arrived after 9 PM. Their policy states that after this time, rooms may be given to other guests if available—but this makes no sense when the room was already paid for. On top of that, the hotel’s communication was nonexistent. They refused to answer their phones or respond to my messages on WhatsApp, leaving me completely stranded in Riyadh, searching for alternative accommodation late at night. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here, especially if you’re arriving later in the evening. Their lack of customer service and disregard for confirmed reservations is incredibly frustrating.
