A place where you can feel the authenticity of the city with a very friendly staff who’s willing always to make you feel home. Cozy, Quiet and Unique
The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff are very friendly. However, some things can be improved: 1. Toothpaste should be there for everyone(they sent someone to buy one for us and charged it on the room) 2. Bathing robes are very old and used, one should bring his own towels. 3. Breakfast is below average. The quality of the food is not satisfying (bread is not fresh, olive oil is of a bad quality, etc)
poor hotel service and no credibility in promises and customer service. they promise to have a car park for free, which is a lie. they prefer people over others, because they have rented a parking space for others. they offer tea and coffee when handing over a room, they demand from you a price of hospitality at fantastic prices that are more expensive than the sheraton hotel. at night there is no electricity in order to operate the air conditioner. there is no cleaning and sterilization of the bathrooms. in the evening, they ignite coal, and a smell spreads throughout the room, disturbing a guests sleep and rest.
