Mohamed Farouk, the Director of Rooms, ensured every detail was perfect, and Edwin, the Golf Car Rider, provided exceptional service with a smile. The rooms were spacious and elegant, with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf. The dining options were diverse and delicious, and the recreational facilities, including the beach and pool with the lifeguard Shaaban were top-notch. Thanks to the outstanding service from the team, my stay was truly memorable. Highly recommended! ---

It is quite disappointing that Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, by your own admission, feels that this relationship is not mutually beneficial. Frankly, I can assure you that I have no intention of repeating my experience with your hotel. A five-star rating should come with an expectation of superior service and genuine care for guests, neither of which I encountered.
