Al Rawda Al Aqeeq Hotel

For place gets high rating for location, wait staff, luggage service staff were really nice and going the extra mile to make our stay pleasure able. While we were there the strap in the bathroom dried out and the room became Unbareabl smelly, I had to find out the problem because there was never answer from front desk. The person at checkin, checked us in and didn't even told us the location of elevator, security guard was able to help us with WiFi password even we didn't speak Arabic and he only spoke Arabic.

Everything here is rated by price The Rooms are Kind a dirty with old furniture and the bathroom smells really bad a mix of humidity and a weird smell the elevator is really crowded because there are no stairs you have to wait a lot and the internet connection is seriously terrible and poor I haven't tried the restaurant of hotel to rate the services exactly but about one of situations we ordered from them a paper tissue 🧻 twice and they forgot us (this is about individuals not all hotel) If you come to Medina make this hotel your last choice but it is not that uninhabitable ..... So i gave it 2 starts instead of 1 (or 3 if the price was suitable) For example in the elevator you will wait for a while and sometimes a bit lot(specially during pray times) then go up and about the smell your nose will get used to the bad smell and you will not smell it anymore unless you go out and come back again then you get used to it again and so on.... and i used my phone's Data for internet instead of their poor connection (Acceptable for browsing only) But again look at the price you pay for what you get the rating would have been 3 stars if it weren't for that high price. Dont forget Its location are pretty good but most of the hotels in Medina are located in this area around the Prophet's Mosque.

Nothing to like about this hotel, location may be the only thing Absolutely Disgusting - Stay Away! This was hands down the worst hotel experience l've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was going to be bad - but I wasn't prepared for just how awful it really was. The linens were clearly not washed - dirty, stained, and smelled like they hadn't been changed in days. There were flies and cockroaches crawling on the floor, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold, grime, and a stench I'll never forget. Tried calling the operator or front desk for help? Nobody ever picks up the phone. You're on your own. The Wi-Fi? Practically non-existent. You connect for a minute and then it kicks you off. When it does connect, the speed is unusable. Don't expect to check emails, much less stream anything. Honestly, I can't say a single good thing about this place. It was filthy, gross, and completely mismanaged. A total waste of money. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. I have all of those details in pictures. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
