Al Salam Grand Hotel Sharjah

Outside and the lobby seems like a 3 stars hotel. But when you get inside the room, it suddenly becomes a 5 stars! Furnitures, bed, and the bathroom are wonderful. The TV is pretty huge and the room is really clean and doesn’t have a weird smell that is really important for me. Service is not the best but it is fairly standard. Will recommend this hotel!

Really feeling bad when entered in Room.. On bed cockroaches are roaming ,then i saw on floor also... It was not at all Hygenic, Washroom full with water , Even i informed to staff , they simply gave towel , nothing was done.. Really disappointed 😕, Even I Wondered who gave them 4 Star . I will never recommended this hotel ever.

Firstly, we were welcomed by intrusion of cockroaches in our room, to the point that we even found them crawling on the bed. Disgusting!! Secondly, no towels in the room, when enquired, we got a super chilled response by the receptionist stating that we don’t provide them. This confused us to re inquire the same, to which he mentioned that we ran out of towels and it will be only available during the morning. I don’t believe this sounds like a 4- star hotel’s intended services.
