Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai Curio Collection by Hilton

My wife and I recently stayed at Al seef heritage and had I can tell you in my experience with hotels in Dubai; this is one of the best ones I’ve been to! If you’re looking for a chill place with a vibe, this is the right hotel to stay at! I thank the staff doing an incredible service even under the weather conditions. I will surely visit again, this hotel and staff deserves 5 stars!

The management was excellent! We accidentally broke a cup, but they didn’t charge us at all. For getting around from the lobby to the room, they used their own small electric vehicles, which was super convenient. Everything was clean, and the traditional neighborhood had such a great vibe.

I must say, I don't mind the room, but the people who work here are fantastic. Nirob and all the staff in the restaurant, as well as everywhere else, are extremely polite, and the service is superb. They welcomed my baby Adam like he was one of their own. They carried him and offered us extra services. They make this hotel stand out from all the Hiltons I have stayed in. As a Hilton member, I can only say they deserve a bonus.
