Al Sultan Beach Resort

A wonderful experience at this resort. The suite was very clean and well-organized. Services were available at all times. The staff were kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Asim at reception and reservations — he was extremely respectful, kind, and supportive. Security was present throughout the facilities, even at the beach area, which gave a sense of safety for families and children. Truly an experience worth repeating. I only suggest adding a kids’ entertainment area near the pool. Wishing you continued success and to maintain this excellent level of service.

The views were stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Miry and Elyas at the reception — you were both amazing! You welcomed us with warm smiles and made sure our stay was extra special. The suite you gave us was beautiful, and your kindness truly made our trip unforgettable. Great place for weekend. Beach view is great and staff are friendly. Amenities such as Gym and pool was good as well. Food quality however could improve. Rest otherwise was a great holiday as we were upgraded to a panorama suite. memorable experience.
